David was born in Mildenhall, England, and was raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Northern Arizona University where he received a Bachelor of Science in American Political Studies and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law.

David is a licensed attorney in the State of California and intends on taking the Arizona Bar in February 2008. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
